Bonne Nuit Tent ‘N’ Teepee was founded in 2022, and has been bringing the best selection of sleepover rentals to our customers ever since. I decided to create this business venture, because being a Mom who works full time with three kids, is busy! I don’t know about you, but finding the time to plan parties is hard enough- never mind finding the time to put it all together. I always wished that there was someone I could just call- and BAM!- it would be all done for me. This is where I come in. I take care of all the fuss, so you don’t have to! Due to the ease of booking with Bonne Nuit Tent ‘N’ Teepee, my business name has become synonymous with quality, throughout central Alberta. I do my best to ensure a wide selection of rentals to fit every taste and budget. I’m driven by my dedication to provide the best customer service in the industry. About Our Party Equipment Rental Service
Bonne Nuit Tent ‘N’ Teepee has several different themes to choose from. I will come to your home with all of the supplies; set up times vary, but range from 1.5-2.5hrs. The following day I will return, haul everything out, and let you get back to enjoying your day. No stress, no mess!

For $18 per person, each guest will receive a white t-shirt (available in S,M,L youth sizes) along with three different coloured fabric markers, as well as an array of stencils to share amongst each other, to create their own very own pyjama shirts for the sleepover of a lifetime

All You Need To Know
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept e-transfers or cash
What is your policy for damaged/ missing/ stained products?
I will do my very best to remove any stains, or fix any damage that has occurred. If however it is something that I’m unable to remedy, the damage deposit will be applied to cover the cost for repair/ replacement. Damage deposits will be returned no later than 48hrs after pick up
What if I need to cancel?
Last minute cancellations can be made up until 7 days before the booking date. Refunds will not be offered, but I will gladly offer a rebooking date, within a 6-month period, with no additional cost(s) to the client. Failure to rebook within the 6-month period could result in a full forfeit of all monies paid. Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the booking date, will receive a full refund, less a $50 booking fee
What if I need to make changes to my booking?
Changes can be made up until 48hrs prior to set up . Ex: Names of guests, add/ removal of a tent or teepee, add ons, etc. A refund will be given if there will be less guests. Additional add ons will be required to be paid at the time of request. I will do my best to accommodate changes in time for my arrival, but be advised that this might not be able to be accommodated. Please ensure that arrival times are discussed and adhered to
Can these go outside?
No. These are for indoor use only
Can I book them for an entire weekend?
Prices given are based on a single night rental basis. If you are wanting them for two nights, the original price will be doubled. Travel and damage deposits will remain the same as a single evening
What soaps/ detergents are used in the cleaning process?
All items are laundered with Tide Free and Gentle; dryer sheets are Bounce Free and Gentle. Items that can not be laundered, are sprayed with a scent free sanitizer
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend to book as soon as possible. A deposit will be taken to hold/ guarantee your spot. Due to the fact that I work full time (this includes shifts on weekends) have three kids in extra curricular sports/ programs, as well as other parties being booked- limited spots tend to fill up quickly. So it’s best to book as far in advance as possible, in order for me to accommodate your date/ time of request
What would prevent me from being able to book a party?
To keep myself and other clients safe, I ask that you do not book if you have had any lice, bed bugs or fleas within the home in the past six weeks
Are you insured?
Yes! I am fully insured
How much space do I need/ how big are the mattresses?
Each unit requires 6ft in length, and approx 47” in width. Space needs to be left at the end of each unit, in order to easily walk by/ access the tent/ teepee without having to step on the mattresses. The mattresses have a weight rating of 180lbs
Do you offer a DIY/ self set up option?
At this time, no. Due to insurance purposes, only I/ my team can set up/ take down
What should I expect on the day of set up?
Please ensure that the area is clear of all furniture, as well as cleaned; swept/ mopped/ vacuumed. Please have a clear path for me to easily access the area of set up, as well as having an outlet that is easily accessible for me to inflate the mattresses. I also kindly ask that you have pets/ children free and clear from the designated area, to help ensure a relaxed and trouble-free set up
